So, I finished writing yesterday's entry, wandered around the house for a few minutes, then got into EQ. Had been playing for about an hour or less when a friend called me and suggested that I come over and watch movies.
I did. And had a much better time than I had originally anticipated for my day of hermiting. Alyse called while I was there, since she had just read my entry, and wanted to make sure that I was ok. I hadn't meant to sound quite so pathetic as I apparently did. But it certainly turned out very well. 8)
I made the mistake of stopping on the way home and getting dinner from Wendy's. I got a chicken sandwich, thinking that it would be fairly low fat, and realized on the first bite that the sandwich was smothered in some kind of mayonnaise or something. But I needed the protein. I was feeling queasy again by the time I got home, and I'm still feeling pretty ratty this morning. Unfortunately, I've got a fair amount to take care of at the office, and no sick time or time available to take off. So, I'm going in anyway. But I'd much rather go back to bed.
