Near as I can tell, the only difference between hospital and prison is that in prison, they're not allowed to use cruel and unusual punishment.
And how anybody ever expects a patient's blood to get right with itself when you can't leave them alone for ten minutes without taking some out or putting some in, is a mystery to me.
